Standard rates for an apartment including breakfast:
2- persons apartment with garden view: per night - 395 reais
2- persons apartment with pool view: per night - 425 reais
2- persons apartment with seaview: per night - 449 reais
4- person apartment with pool view: per night - 650 reais
5- persons penthouse with seaview: per night - 700 reais

(*) Children up to 4 years old can stay in the apartment with their parents. When an apartment is rented to one person, we give a discount of 15%. Check in after 15:00.

(*) Applicable Cancellation Policy: If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If canceled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
